YOUR CHALLENGE:
Activities in accordance with GuKG
> Collaboration with relatives, external service providers, doctors, authorities,
administrators and schools
> Participation in quality development in nursing and care
> Ensuring the quality of care and psychosocial support for the residents
> Support and promote patient-evident and results-oriented care
YOUR PROFILE:
> Completed training as a qualified health and nursing assistant (DGKS/DGKP) as well as valid registration in the health professions register for the higher service in health and nursing care
> Willingness to work according to the concept of the IBA nursing philosophy
> Interested in working with older people
> Physical and psychological resilience
> High social skills and professional appearance
> Willingness to work flexible hours
> Independent work in a self-responsible area
> Also happy to be a nostrifier or a returnee
> You bring personal commitment and enjoy dealing with people, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
