I hereby apply for the position of Production Manager - Summer Flowers and any other suitable agriculture position in your organization. I am a Kenyan agriculture professional with practical experience in commercial flower production, county government extension, and private sector farmer training.

I have worked in the following capacities:

*Production Manager - Prime Flora Flower Farm*
I was in charge of greenhouse management for summer flowers. My duties included daily production planning, fertigation management and monitoring EC/pH, implementation of integrated pest management spray programs, supervision of over 50 farm workers in harvesting and grading, ensuring export quality standards for the auction market, and preparing daily harvest and labour efficiency reports.

*Intern - Department of Agriculture, County Government of Nyandarua*
I served as an agricultural intern where I supported extension officers in field demonstrations, farmer advisory services, soil sampling, crop inspection and agricultural data collection for county programs.

*Field Trainer - Farmtrack Consulting*
I worked as a field trainer where I trained smallholder farmers in fruit farming, specifically avocado and mango orchard establishment, pruning, spraying, and post-harvest handling. I also trained farmers on Good Agricultural Practices and climate-smart agriculture.

Through these roles, I have gained strong skills in greenhouse management, crop production, people management, farmer training, and quality control for export markets. I am a hardworking, disciplined and physically fit person who is ready to work long hours and to learn new farming technologies.

I am currently in Nairobi, Kasarani and I am available to travel from 8th August 2026. I am looking for a full-time opportunity with an employer who can cater for visa and work permit facilitation, with any flight costs repayable from my salary, as I am seeking a no upfront payment opportunity.
