As an internationally educated and NMC qualified registered midwife with around 5 years of experience in clinical and community settings, I am dedicated to meeting the medical and emotional needs of patients. I hold a diploma certificate in midwifery and I specialize in providing evidence-based care to diverse individuals, particularly pregnant women, birthing mothers and babies throughout their antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods.

My experience includes autonomously and collaboratively handling various normal deliveries, managing obstetric emergencies, IV cannulation, perineal suturing, episiotomy, administering medications and treatments, neonatal and adult resuscitation and providing postoperative care. I am also proficient in performing venipuncture and administering intramuscular injections, demonstrating a high level of skill and competency in these procedures. My career began in a hospital maternity unit where I gained extensive experience in prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care. Over the years, I have extended my expertise into general caregiving roles, supporting elderly patients, persons with disabilities, and those recovering from surgery or chronic illnesses. My ability to combine medical knowledge with emotional support has consistently earned the trust of patients and their families.
I have a positive attitude to personal growth and development, and I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and incorporating it into my practice. The further relevant training courses I have indicated in my application shows evidence of my own professional development, ensuring that I am constantly evolving as a midwife. I am adaptable and flexible, able to work day and night shifts, weekends and on bank holidays to meet service demands. Registered Midwife with current practicing license
