With my extensive experience in the healthcare field and the qualifications I have acquired throughout my career. I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of your team. I hold a degree in midwifery, a diploma in midwifery ,a certificate in Community Health Nursing, and a certificate in Health care Assistant. In terms of my experience, I have worked as for 3years,duringwhich I provided care focused on pregnant women ,the child, and their families. Ensured patient involvement in decision making processes, adhered to all protocols, and coordinated patient and midwife assignment within the team. My attention to detail and commitment to regulatory requirements have allowed me to maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.

Moreover ,I have over 8 years of experience as a Community Health Nurse, where i prioritized patient confidentially, collaborated with various stakeholders, and promoted community health. In this role, actively engaged in treatment as ordered by physicians, documented action and reported any changes in patients health status.

Furthermore, I have dedicated 4 years of service as a care assistant. Throughout my volunteer work. I emphasized the maintenance of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas. I effectively planned, prepared, and served meals according to dietary requirements, carefully document and communicate any abnormalities to the case manager.

My diverse skills set includes expertise in prenatal nutrition, infant resuscitation, sexual health education, labor supports techniques, breastfeeding assistant, time management ,meals preparation ,toileting support, personal care assistant care assistant, effective communication, and mobility assistance. The skills have allowed me to provide comprehensive care to
individuals in need.
