My name is Triza Masitsa, and I am a trained Healthcare Assistant from Kenya with a strong passion for caring for others. I am applying for a caregiver position through your program because I am motivated to work in a professional environment where I can support patients and continue growing in my career.

I recently completed my Healthcare Assistant/Caregiver training at Healthskill Medical Training College, where I gained practical skills in patient care, hygiene, safety, and assisting medical staff. During my experience at Junction Family Hospital, I supported nurses in daily patient care, helped with mobility and hygiene needs, and ensured a clean and safe environment for patients. This experience taught me how to stay calm, responsible, and attentive in a healthcare setting.

I am a compassionate and patient-focused person who takes pride in helping others feel comfortable and respected. I communicate well with patients and their families, and I am able to work both independently and as part of a team. I am fluent in English and Swahili, and I have basic German (A2 level), which I am continuing to improve.
