My name is Magdaline Waweru, and I am 22 years old from Kenya. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I am excited about the opportunity to become part of your family as an au pair.
I am a caring, patient, responsible, and hardworking person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. I have experience caring for children of different ages, helping with their daily routines, preparing meals, assisting with homework, playing with them, and ensuring they are safe and happy.
In addition to childcare, I have professional caregiving experience. I completed my caregiver training and have also completed my studies in Perioperative Theatre Technology. I cared for a 40-year-old person living with a chronic disability, where I provided personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. This experience taught me compassion, patience, and responsibility.
I am happy to help with light household chores such as cleaning, laundry, tidying children's rooms, washing dishes, and preparing simple meals. I am reliable, organized, and always willing to learn.
