Currently, I serve as a Commis Chef at ROPES 017 Lounge in Nairobi (since April 2023), where I assist senior chefs in menu preparation, portion control, and plating of 80+ guest meals daily. My role allows me to rotate across hot, cold, and pastry sections, giving me versatile kitchen expertise. I also ensure compliance with HACCP standards, maintain hygiene, and support kitchen inventory and operations.

Previously, I completed an internship at Anthena Hotel (Jan – Mar 2023) as an all-rounder, gaining exposure to Food Production, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Service. This experience strengthened my ability to work under pressure, adapt to different departments, and provide seamless guest service.
