Since 2024, I have worked as a Kitchen Assistant at SC Bliss SRL (Super Mama) in Romania, where I prepare
ingredients and dishes daily, follow the chef's instrucKons closely, and maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness
standards throughout service. Before that, I spent two years as a Sales Assistant at Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket in
Nepal, where I supported customers, worked closely with a team, and helped manage stock — experience that
taught me discipline, paKence, and clear communicaKon.
What I bring to a kitchen team goes beyond technical duKes. I stay calm, cool, and posiKve even during busy
service, and I take pride in being honest, transparent, and fully accountable for my work. I am dedicated,
adaptable, and comfortable working alongside people from different cultures and backgrounds, having lived and
worked across Nepal and Romania. I also speak five languages — Nepali, English, Hindi, Romanian, and Italian —
which helps me communicate easily within diverse teams.
