Hello!

My name is Maria Eduarda, and I am a Registered Nurse with postgraduate specializations in Intensive Care, Emergency and Trauma, as well as Operating Room and Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD). I also hold a professional qualification in Business Administration.

Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in direct patient care across several healthcare settings, including Inpatient Units, the Wound Prevention and Management Committee, Outpatient Care, and, currently, an Adult Surgical Inpatient Unit. In addition, I have experience in administrative and quality improvement roles, focusing on the analysis of incidence and prevalence indicators, active medical record reviews, and the implementation of strategies aimed at patient safety, prevention, and continuous quality improvement.

I have also worked as a clinical nursing preceptor, mentoring and supervising undergraduate nursing students in the development of both technical and interpersonal competencies, promoting evidence-based, ethical, and safe clinical practice.

I am currently seeking new professional opportunities, particularly in international healthcare organizations, where I can continue to expand my knowledge, contribute to high-quality patient care, and grow within a multicultural environment.
