I would like to express my interest in working as An ICT Support Engineer, Inventory & Warehousing , Conference Organizing, From Germany , Netherlands, Poland . I have 15 years of Experience in ICT Support Engineering in a hospital setting but Flexible into a Custodial Working related duties .
Having worked with Uganda Cancer Institute in research settings for a period of 10 years .
Iam an ICT Professional with a Bachelors's Degree in Applied Information Technology . I am proficient at using all software programs required for the role. Remote Support as I was mainly in charge of providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues, installing and configuring various applications, and working on the improvement of network systems. This experience has provided me with a great chance to further develop my field knowledge and expertise and helped me to significantly improve my critical thinking and analytical skills that are often necessary for the role.
I excel at delivering highly complex technical skills, information into terms and concepts that the end-users can readily grasp, thereby providing beneficial both Technical repairs, network advice, and support to end-users.
In addition, I worked closely with co-workers from other departments in order to improve the ICT infrastructure as much as possible. This included implementing security protocols, Laptop & Desktop repairs, overseeing firewalls, and performing data backup/restoration points as instructed and supervised by the Senior ICT Principle Head. Additionally, performed systems administration capabilities for local and virtual users that include a printer and network shares. This enhanced my traits of being an effective team player.

Possessing a Bachelor Of Science in Applied Information Systems from the International School Of Business & Technology (ISBAT University Kampala Uganda, I have a comprehensive understanding of various IT-related subjects that is both technical and managerial. I have attained certifications from CITI Collaborative Institutional Training in Good Clinical Practices, Clinical Pharmacology Quality Assurance and Quality Control (CPQA) Clinical Pharmacology Tutoria Training and NIDA Clinical Trial Network
