I am an enthusiastic, self-driven, results-oriented gentleman, a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Makerere University. I have got more than 6 years of professional experience in technical Network engineering and IT working for ISPs. I have wide experience in working with computer software tools and applications, Database management, wireless technology, Local Area Network, Satellite network installation and troubleshooting, servers, LAN networks, IT training, and computer hardware since there has been some of my main duty for the past 5 years of my work experience.
In my previous role as an ICT Specialist/technical network engineer at Simbanet Uganda/Wananchi Telecom, I have gained valuable expertise in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various network, software, hardware, and communication systems (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet, VSAT, Video Conferencing, PACS, Windows, MS 365, Azure, PABX, and landlines). I excel in providing end-user support and resolving ICT issues promptly through multiple channels.
I have actively participated in the development and delivery of end-user training, prepared equipment specification forms for ICT equipment purchases, and maintained comprehensive documentation and reference materials for planned and delivered ICT systems.
