My name is Frank Sostenes Mkumba, a 25-year-old Tanzanian with a Bachelor’s Degree in Rural Development from Sokoine University of Agriculture and international training in horticulture through the Agro Studies Program in Israel (2023–2024). I am passionate about agriculture, committed to excellence, and motivated to contribute my skills to your gardening and landscaping team.

During my training in Israel at Ozer Farm, I gained hands-on expertise in modern horticulture, greenhouse management, irrigation systems, pest and disease control, and crop production. I was awarded the NETAFIM Irrigation Technician Level 1 Certificate and recognized by the Farm Manager for outstanding contributions in improving greenhouse productivity through advanced pest management strategies. These experiences equipped me with practical skills directly relevant to gardening, landscaping, and plant care.

Beyond technical skills, I have also worked with the Rural Development Volunteering Association (RDVA) in Tanzania, training local farmers on sustainable farming, climate-smart agriculture, and environmental conservation. Additionally, my participation in the Gender Policy Implementation Committee (SUA) strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

I am confident that my combination of practical gardening expertise, modern irrigation knowledge, and international exposure makes me a strong candidate for this position. I am eager to bring dedication, reliability, and creativity to ensure your gardens and landscapes flourish.
