My name is Nelly, I am a 20-year-old from Kenya and I have recently completed my secondary education. I am writing to express my interest in joining your receptionist training programme. I am a hardworking, responsible, friendly, and motivated young woman who is eager to develop my professional skills and gain valuable international experience.

I have experience working as a hotel receptionist, where I welcomed and assisted guests, handled check-ins and check-outs, answered telephone calls, responded to guest questions, assisted with reservations, and helped ensure that guests received good customer service. This experience helped me develop my communication, teamwork, time-management, customer service, and problem-solving skills. It also taught me the importance of being polite, professional, patient, and attentive to guests' needs.

I would like to join your programme because I want to improve my knowledge and practical skills in reception and hospitality. I am particularly interested in learning more about professional customer service, hotel operations, communication, and working in an international environment. I am willing to learn, adapt to new situations, work hard, and take responsibility for my duties.

I am currently living in Kenya and I am ready for an opportunity that will allow me to grow professionally and personally. I believe that this training would be an important step towards building my career in the hospitality industry.
