Right after graduation, I completed an internship as a Retail and Marketing Assistant at Zara Thailand, where I gained broad experience working both in the office and in-store. My responsibilities included managing documents, coordinating product deliveries, merchandise display, and conducting detailed stock checks especially during high-pressure periods such as Black Friday.
I also played an active role in marketing support by designing promotional posters for discount campaigns, analyzing competitor brands (comparing revenue, profit, sales performance, and product offerings), and translating documents and product information from Thai to English for Zara, Zara Home, and Massimo Dutti to ensure smooth and professional communication.
What I enjoyed most was the variety of the role interacting with many people, communicating with different teams, and occasionally going out for project discussions.
