My name is Avrill Riby Hiariej, and I am a recent graduate of Universitas Pelita Harapan with a Bachelor of Applied Tourism in Hospitality Management. During my internship at W Bali – Seminyak, I gained hands-on experience in front office operations, guest service, and coordination with different hotel departments. I welcomed international guests, assisted with check-in and check-out procedures, handled guest requests and complaints professionally, and supported daily operational activities in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. This experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

In addition to my internship experience, I actively participated in hospitality events and student organizations, where I developed leadership, organizational, and customer service abilities. I have experience working under pressure, coordinating with teams, and interacting with guests and participants from diverse backgrounds.
