During my time as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Kolfe Keranio Woreda 1 Health Center, I consistently ensured accurate and timely diagnoses by performing a wide range of laboratory tests for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cases. I also served as Safety Officer, upholding safety protocols for both staff and patients. My expertise extends to meticulous sample collection and retention processes, guaranteeing the integrity of test results, and I am adept at confirming and authorizing laboratory test results in compliance with established standards. Furthermore, I have a proven track record of implementing quality control measures to ensure precision and reliability in laboratory testing and contributing to efficient workflow management.

Prior to this, as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Ayenalem Primary Hospital, I provided medical laboratory services including sample collection, parasitology tests, hematological and serology tests, clinical chemistry, hormonal (endocrinology) tests, and microbiology tests. I am experienced in providing patient service on the new HI Tech Healthcare System and have consistently operated in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring meticulous documentation and reporting of laboratory findings. My academic achievements include graduating from Woldia University with an Honor's Certificate and a CGPA of 3.87.

Beyond my professional roles, I am deeply committed to public health, as evidenced by my extensive volunteer and community service initiatives. I have provided free medical services for vulnerable children and women , street children, women, and adults , and patients at Gonder Ber Health Center. I have also worked as a coordinator to ensure safe and proper access to healthcare services , led a team training program , and contributed to infrastructure development by constructing and reconstructing public latrines. My efforts extend to creating work opportunities for residents in refugee camps , providing health education , and counseling on healthy food and beverage practices as well as proper pharmacy management.
