My nursing training gave me strong clinical and patient care foundations, while my Diploma in Cold Chain Technology and experience with WHO/UNICEF projects gave me technical expertise in vaccine storage, temperature monitoring, and supply chain integrity. I improved vaccine stock visibility from 68% to 94% across 9+ districts by designing logistics data-use plans aligned to WHO global standards. I also supervised maintenance, and inventory of cold chain equipment in 150+ health facilities, and trained 100+ district managers on effective vaccine management and data use.
