With a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biotechnology and four years of experience as a Programs Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer, I have cultivated a strong foundation in data management and quality assurance within development programs. In my current role, I contribute significantly in documentation efforts that synthesize complex information into accessible learning products. This aligns closely with your need for timely MERL reports for internal use and donor submissions. Furthermore, my commitment to social inclusion drives me to support capacity-building initiatives for Refugee-Led Organizations (RLOs), enhancing their accountability standards through tailored training strategies.
I am adept at cultivating and maintaining relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, including government ministries, private sector entities, civil society organizations, and partners. My ability to engage and collaborate with these groups has been pivotal in driving organization-centric initiatives that address economic, health, and social development issues.
