Currently, I am employed at Ryans Computer Ltd. in Dhaka, where I diagnose, maintain, and
repair computers, printers, and other ICT equipment. I also have hands-on experience in network
setup, configuration of routers and switches, and providing remote technical support. My previous
role at Qfix Service further strengthened my knowledge in system maintenance, safety checks,
and client communication.
I have completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Faridpur Polytechnic Institute
under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, and I hold a German Language Complete (B1
Level). I am eager to apply my skills and continue my professional growth in a modern and
challenging environment such as yours.
