I am thrilled to apply for an International Registered Nursing position with your company. I believe my qualifications and experience make me an ideal candidate for this job.

As a registered nurse, delivering safe, quality and companionate care to my client has always been a priority that is why I always incorporate the following when rendering care ;
1. Patient/family centered care : to ensure that clients care is planned according to patients needs and in accordance to family cultures. This ensures that client feels safe in a new environment.
2. Evidenced/ strength based nursing : evidence based nursing ensures that care rendered is tailored to the standard and focuses on the patients strengths.
3. And with the use of reflective practice, I reflect on the days work at the end of the day and take note of the things that were done right and the ones that need improvement.

These and other many qualities make me the ideal candidate for the job because I always strive to develop professionally and personally I my line of duty. . I have been managing both patients and staff as the Ward Manager effectively and efficiently for 3 years running in the Paediatric Ward of my Hospital . I am calm, extremely organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills. I have passion for rendering quality care to patients . I possess wonderful leadership skills were I mentor and inspire other staff members to strive and provide the highest quality of care to patients and their families.

In my current role as a Registered Paediatric Nurse , I am tasked with assessing, caring and evaluating the medical conditions of averagely 10 patients daily. I also coordinate the workforce of the staff of my ward. During these few years of taking up this role, I have been recognized as one who is organised, dedicated, ambitious, reliable with excellent time management skills and one who can work without direct supervision.
