My nursing experience with various public-facing health programs and clinical experiences along with my successful completion of Masters of Philosophy in Health Education and Promotion at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana give me confidence in my ability to significantly benefit your organisation in this role.

I am convinced that my 6+ years of relevant experience in clinical and community in providing comprehensive nursing care while communicating with a variety of public health groups and leading nursing support teams has prepared me to excel in this role. I would surely become an immediate asset to your nursing team due to my exceptional ability to educate about prevalent health-related issues and concerns, as well as my outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

Highlights of my experience include the following:
Providing contraceptive, STD, diagnostic, and general nursing care as a registered nurse and the head of Public Health Unit at Elmina Polyclinic under Ghana Health Service.
Overseeing the activities of over 34 staffs, 22 community health nurses and 17 healthcare assistants for the past 2 years, assessing immunisation statuses of community residents, performing RN rolls, administering vaccines and performing maternal and neonatal deaths audits.

Designing and implementing public health programmes to stimulate participant involvement in health and disease-prevention initiatives; analysing outcomes to identify areas for improvement and ensure goal achievement.
Qualifications
Masters of Philosophy in Health Education and Promotion from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana;
REGISTERED NURSE (General Nursing and Public Health Nursing) by Nurses and Midwifery Council of Ghana.
Bachelor degree in Nursing, University of Health and Allied Sciences Ho, Ghana.
