I am excited to apply for the Public Health Nurse position. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, a General Nursing Certificate, and over 15 years of experience in both clinical care and community health, I bring a strong combination of nursing expertise, program management, and health promotion skills.
In my previous roles, I have provided maternal, child, and reproductive health services, managed HIV/TB programs, and led health education initiatives in hospitals, health centers, and community settings. As Lead Nurse with SH:24–Jojo Kenya, I supervised a clinical team, coordinated pharmacy and delivery services, and supported more than 45,000 digital consultations, ensuring safe and confidential SRH services. I have also contributed to health promotion and research, including securing funding for community awareness campaigns and conducting data collection and reporting to support evidence-based interventions.
I am passionate about improving community health, particularly for women, children, and vulnerable groups. My skills in program planning, monitoring and evaluation, and digital health make me well-positioned to contribute effectively to your team’s objectives.
