My attention was immediately drawn to your online ad in which you state you are looking for Front Officers. The profile you have outlined fits me very well as I will further explain in this letter.

I have completed my undergraduate studies at The University of Nairobi. During these studies, students are readied for the position of Hospitality, Customer Service and Business Management. The studies focus on social interactions and relationships as the topics of Customer Relationship and Organisational work ethics are greatly discussed. In order to make good use of my acquired knowledge and skills, I would like to work for your hotel in the position of a Receptionist.

I would describe myself as someone who is kind, jovial, friendly, compassionate and very caring to the needs of people around me.
