I hope this letter finds you well. I am Jourenie Gomez Cabalhin, 24 years of age from the Philippines, and I am writing as an aspiring applicant for the Waiter position in your prestigious establishment. I am a graduate from a university with a degree in Hospitality Management.

I had a work experience in a 4 star hotel kitchen department specifically in Hot and Pastry Kitchen during my internship. Thought it was not directly linked to the position I am applying for but this experience of mine in the kitchen would also find me an opportunity in a diverse workplace . I was employed in a semi-casual Japanese restaurant located in Metro Manila, Philippines with a job role as a Host, Cashier, Server, Dispatcher. I am mainly focused in customer service such as greeting and assisting and guiding them upon restaurant arrival, offer them menu and assist them, present and serve them food and deliver exquisite and quality service to guests. I am also handling cash in cashier's station by taking guests orders and doing suggestive and upselling. In fact, I was awarded as Hammer awardee and Ninja Awardee which simply define as my versatility, dependability, efficiency, effectivity at my work station on the said restaurant. One of the remarkable experience I gained at the my previous work as a waiter was not only being commended but also offered a job position by the guests who dine in at the restaurant prior to my working hours. Currently, I am employed as a Management Trainee in a 4 star hotel in Thailand- Radisson Resort and Spa Huahin. I am working in 4 major departments of the hotel and gaining experiences with the hotel management and customer services. With the effort to fulfill my duties and responsibilities in my previous and current job experience, I think I am more capable of delivering exceptional service to guests whilst following the standards of the establishment or company.

As someone seeking excellence and quality performance, I am willing to adapt and learn the necessary skills and knowledge, and work with integrity to be an effective asset in your company, as well as an opportunity for self-improvement and proficiency. To provide exceptional customer service, work efficiency, and satisfaction is my ultimate goal in the hospitality working industry.
