I am pleased to submit my application letter for employment as Au Pair.com. I hold Advanced Diploma/degree in Procurement and Supplies Management. I bring with me Thirteen (13) years working experience in different organization positions. I have coordinated and managed child and youth care projects focused on livelihood activities for vulnerable children in Tanzania. I work with individual youth by supporting them to develop positive, mature and responsible mindset and act as their “role model”. I have worked as contact person and coordinator of SOS Children’s Villages Arusha and Mwanza international Volunteer and internship Program, which involved managing their orientation, supporting them obtain relevant work permits and visa, coordinating their meeting and relationships with key stakeholders, worked with sponsorship department for international fundraising fund, planning and budgeting, Data entry, and personal secretary.
The experiences and challenges of working with vulnerable children, youth and families ignited inside me the passion to develop professional career in fields that can contribute to transform institutions and develop programs that improve social policy and development targeting vulnerable and marginalized groups. With back ground experience I have developed care, love and interest to work as a nanny, caregiver for elderly in order to continue developing my skills and care that will make a difference in their life and bring happiness and joy every day.

With me will bring to the position advanced networking and interpersonal skills which I consider success factor in the effective management of Au Pair with exceptional coordination and communication skills that will add value to this function. Throughout my career I have demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to use sound judgment to ensure the effective and timely completion of complex tasks, which I believe will be instrumental while serving in the capacity. This job appeals to me since it opens an opportunity to apply the skills and experience I have gained while working as Procurement Manager and adviser.
