We are looking for a friendly, compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to join our team at a private residential rehabilitation and wellness retreat.

This is a relatively relaxed nursing role within a small, supportive team. The main clinical requirement is being confident performing and checking ECGs, alongside providing general nursing support and helping with the day-to-day care and comfort of our clients.

• Performing and checking ECGs as required.
• Taking and recording basic observations such as blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation.
• Providing general nursing support to clients.
• Checking in on clients and helping to ensure they are comfortable throughout their stay.
• Assisting with small day-to-day care needs where required.
• Keeping simple and accurate client records.
• Communicating any concerns to the appropriate member of the clinical team.
• Working alongside the wider retreat team to create a calm, welcoming and supportive environment.
