We are now looking for 2 BSc. Health and nursing or qualified health and nursing (m/f/d) 60 - 100% with/without specialization in psychiatric GuKP
Your area of responsibility:
* Case management and social anamnestic surveys
* Development of target and action plans with clients
* Support and implementation of target and action plans
* Process support in residential groups, during activities and existential experiences of daily life
* Medication administration and psychoeducation
* Recognizing crisis situations and intervening early (de-escalation management)
* Participation in projects and internal processes
Do you have...
* Willingness and ability to work in the social psychiatric field?
* Experience in dealing with people with mental illnesses and specific behavioral problems?
* De-escalation skills and a high degree of independence?
* Knowledge to carry out specialist activities independently?
* a structured way of working and flexibility?
* high level of reflection and teamwork skills?

The minimum salary for the positions as BSc. Health and Nursing or Dipl. Health and Nursing (m/f/d) 60 - 100% is EUR 3,126.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to pay more.
