BEESKOMM gGmbH was founded in 1993 and has set itself the task of setting up a psychosocial support system in Beeskow and the surrounding area. It sees itself as a partner for mentally endangered and sick people and their relatives.
To support our team in the communal form of living "House of Being" for people with chronic mental illnesses, we are looking for an independently working, dedicated employee (m/f/d) as a
Educational staff and/ or nursing staff
full-time (39 hours per week)
Workplace is Beeskow, work is done in shifts.
The activity includes the care, guidance, assistance and basic care for the clients, according to the individual needs, to promote a self-determined life and participation in life in the community, in particular:
- Recording of the need for support, development and evaluation of the help and care plan
- Promotion and training of everyday skills
- Assistance in shaping social relationships and participation in public life
- Support in dealing with mental illness, disability, health promotion
- Instructions for structuring the day
What to bring:
- careful and respectful interaction
- Reliability, independence, flexibility, ability to communicate and work in a team
- Completed training as a nurse, curative education nurse, geriatric nurse, social worker or similar, preferably with an additional socio-psychiatric qualification
- Experience in the care and support of people with restrictions or disabilities
- Readiness for professional development and further training
- Driver's license
- PC user skills
