We are looking for 1 qualified health and nursing person to work 30 - 37 hours per week for the Caritas retirement home and care center Haus St. Martin in Eisenstadt.

* According to the Caritas KV collective agreement (VG 4a/1), the gross monthly salary is € 3,024.80 gross based on full employment with 37 hours per week, plus any night, Sunday and public holiday allowances, and increases depending on qualifications and experience.
Your area of responsibility:
* Implementation of holistic care that is based on the personal, physical and psychological basic needs of the residents and on ethical principles.
We expect:
* Completed training as a qualified health and nursing person or recognized vocational training
* Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
* Very good knowledge of the nursing process and documentation (IT)
* Appreciative attitude and orientation towards Christian values
* Physical and psychological resilience, high social skills and team orientation
* Empathy and tolerance for people in challenging situations
* Flexibility (Sundays, public holidays and night shifts)
