1 Dipl. Health and nursing professional (DGKP) for the Pottenbrunn social station.
Area of operation: Pottenbrunn, st. Pölten-Wagram, Ratzersdorf, Viehofe, Weißenkirchen, Kapelln, Inzersdof, Getzersdorf, Sitzenberg-Reidling, Traismauer, Nußdorf, Herzogenburg,
Amount of work: part-time
Your area of responsibility:
- Assessment of individual care needs, care planning and evaluation of care, organization, implementation and assessment of all nursing measures, including nursing documentation
- Assumption of care responsibility for selected customers
- Instruction and monitoring of other nursing and care professions as well as instruction and training of people being cared for and their relatives
- Independent implementation of medical diagnostic and medical therapeutic measures and activities according to medical orders, participation in quality assurance
On request and with appropriate training, assumption of professional responsibility for special areas
What we expect:
- Completed training as a DGKP
- Knowledge of the nursing process and nursing planning
- Driving license B
- Entry in the health professions register

Remuneration according to Caritas KV: Minimum salary with previous experience in employment group IVa, approx. € 3,260 (for 37 hours per week/IVa). Classification in higher salary levels depending on previous service and allowances in accordance with the collective agreement and the works agreement.
