The home at Storkower See, a 100% subsidiary of the city of Storkow (Mark), has its headquarters in the Karlslust district , directly on the shore of Lake Storkower in the wooded and green surroundings of Storkow. The focus of the work in the home at Storkower See is the people, the sense of community and participation in social life.
The Karlslust old people's and nursing home is located in Karlslust and has 56 inpatient care places, two of which are available for short-term care. There are 19 assisted living units in a building connected to the Karlslust retirement and nursing home. There are also three outpatient residential communities at the Karlslust location. In addition, the home on Storkower See runs three outpatient residential communities in the city center of Storkow and offers care, support and advice in the senior citizens' residence at the lock.
We are looking for our inpatient area as well as the outpatient care service in the shared apartments

Our offer:
- permanent employment contract
- Full or part-time employment possible
- Use only in early and late shifts or only permanent night watch possible
- €3,522 gross (full-time) plus shift or alternating shift allowance as well as surcharges on Sundays and public holidays and for night shifts

Our expectations:
- Relevant professional training (nursing specialist, geriatric nurse; health worker/nurse) with recognition in Germany
- Proof of sufficient knowledge of German in the form of a language certificate, at least knowledge at level B2
- Knowledge of nursing standards and the ability to implement them in everyday nursing care
- Ability to take responsibility for one's own actions
- Ability to convey the company's values and norms in the team, to guide them and to demand sustainable implementation
