To strengthen our team we are looking for:
1 caretaker/workman
Your area of responsibility
- Close cooperation with all department and plant managers in production and administration
- Carrying out maintenance work inside and outside on the factory premises and the company buildings
- Tiling, plastering, painting, masonry work and carrying out core drilling work
- Monitoring and ensuring order and cleanliness in the company and on the premises
- Control, cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor facilities
- Carrying out small repairs and maintenance work
- Control and support of manual work and craftsmen with commissioned work
- Control and cleanliness of waste stations
- Documentation of the work carried out
Our requirements
- Completed training in a trade, preferably bricklayer or comparable qualification
- High level of technical and manual understanding and skill
- Reliable, structured and conscientious way of working
- Service and service-oriented appearance and action
- Appropriate knowledge of spoken and written German
