I am writing to apply for the job that you hiring for. With more 7 years of experience in Food and
Bavarage industry and a passion for quality, I am confident that I am the perfect fit for this role.
I experienced work as a general manager and coffee roaster. As a general manager I have some
important skills to do. Such as make a high profit with a low cost, it is important because every
business must have formula how to minimalize cost but still get high profit. But, it is does not mean to
changing the materials with the bad qualities. I have to keep customer satisfaction above all else. If I
can makes my customers feel satisfied, they will come back and brings good opportunity, that is the
fact.

And as a coffee roaster I have skills for all round. From green bean analysis, roasting development,
quality control, and taste the result. I always doing this with all of my heart. Because being a coffee
roaster not just like an machine operator, more than that is as an artist. I have to build connection
between coffee bean, machine material, drum capacity, fire, air flow, time, and temperature. It is
sound like tricky, but, actually not. Of course with many experiences and skills.
And also I have other skills like planning, organizing, staffing, direct guiding, motivating, allocate
resources, progress monitoring, control, informing, and create a report. I always train my skills by
doing directly.
