Dear Hiring Manager,

My name is Fatuma Alphani Iddy, a 26-year-old Tanzanian woman, born on 1st January 2000. I am a university graduate holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Ethics. I am writing to express my strong interest in the position of Nurse Assistant in your organization.

I am a caring, responsible, and dedicated person with a strong passion for helping and supporting people, especially those who need care and assistance. I believe that working as a Nurse Assistant will allow me to use my compassion, patience, and commitment to serve others and make a positive difference in their lives.

Although my academic background is in Philosophy and Ethics, it has equipped me with important values such as respect for human dignity, empathy, responsibility, and understanding of people’s needs. These qualities motivate me to pursue a career where I can provide care and support to patients and vulnerable individuals. I am willing to learn, improve my skills, and continue developing professionally in the healthcare field.

I have experience in volunteering with the Tanzania Red Cross Society in Morogoro Region, where I worked alongside officers in supporting various health-related activities. My responsibilities included assisting in vaccination campaigns for children and adults, participating in blood donation activities, supporting pregnant women, and providing care services for infants under one year of age. This experience strengthened my desire to work in a caring and supportive environment.

In addition, I have skills and experience in childcare, including caring for young children, supporting children with special needs, and assisting elderly people. I am also capable of performing various household tasks and managing daily responsibilities effectively. I am able to drive, and although I do not currently have a driving licence, I am ready to obtain one if it becomes necessary for the job.

I am married, and my husband fully supports my decision to pursue a career that I am passionate about. I am ready and willing to work with commitment, professionalism, and a positive attitude. I believe that my dedication, willingness to learn, and passion for helping others make me a suitable candidate for this position.
