I am Currently working at the Regional Hospital Bamenda as an ICU nurse and I have been a team leader several times, organizing workloads, and creating a smooth working environment for my colleagues. This has taught me how to lead and organize people, being accountable for a team, working under pressure with a quick analytic thinking skills to save lives. I have gained experience dealing with people both children and adults, especially at their most vulnerable state, who's dreams are shattered by sickness. Experiencing all of this first hand always motivates me to study and acquire more knowledge on how to deal with more challenges situations.
