In my current role as a midwife at Adansi north District Hospital , I have been responsible for checking vital signs, history taking and nursing documentation, educating mothers on danger signs in pregnancy, administration of medication, monitoring maternal and fetal health throughout pregnancy and labor, wound dressing under aseptic technique, decontamination of instruments, setting up intravenous fluids, blood transfusion, caring for the sick, bed making, assisting mothers to breastfeed . I have a proven track records of success in leading and delivering my responsibilities at the health facility.
