I am writing to express my interest in the position available in your organization. I am a Bachelor of Science graduate in Nursing from Wollo University with more than ten years of professional experience in clinical service delivery, public health program implementation, and health service quality monitoring.
Currently, I am working as a Health Care Service Quality Monitoring and Control Officer at the Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau. In this role, I assess the readiness of health facilities to provide health care services, conduct clinical audits, support facilities through result-based supportive supervision, and contribute to improving the quality of patient care. Previously, I served as an Urban Health Extension Program and Primary Health Care Officer at Bole Sub-City Health Office, where I monitored health center performance, coordinated immunization campaigns, and participated in COVID-19 risk communication and community engagement activities.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Health Extension Supervisor and as an outpatient department nurse, where I gained practical experience in maternal and child health services, immunization, infection prevention, and community-based health education. These experiences strengthened my skills in program coordination, training facilitation, data collection, and teamwork.
I am particularly interested in contributing my professional experience in public health program implementation, health service quality improvement, and community health systems strengthening. I believe my background in health systems supervision and data-driven program monitoring would allow me to make a meaningful contribution to your organization.
