I have a nursing assistant certificate with four (4) years of proven experience effectively and efficiently of managing both patients and staffs. I am extremely organised, calm and patient professional with excellent healthcare skills.I have the passion of providing quality health care to patients and the necessary leadership skills to inspire other staff members to provide above high standard levels of service.

In my recent role as a senior nurse assistant at Suntreso Government Hospital, I was tasked in directing and evaluating of rotational and student nurses on how manage the care of patients and coordinate workforce management. During this time, I have been recognised as dedicated, ambitious and reliable person who has the ability to work without strict supervision.
