Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in the Caregiver/Healthcare Assistant position within your
organization. I bring practical experience in hospital care, special needs support, and live-in
caregiving, along with certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
(CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use, and First Aid.
My experience in a surgical ward allowed me to provide direct patient care, assist with activities of
daily living, monitor patients' conditions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate effectively

My certifications in BLS, CPR, AED, and First Aid have equipped me with the knowledge and
confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations and provide safe care in various
healthcare settings. Combined with my practical experience, these qualifications have prepared
me to deliver high-quality support to patients and clients with diverse physical, emotional, and
developmental needs.
