I'm writing to you today to apply for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant. I'm a recent graduate and a dedicated, hard-working nursing assistant, continually striving to provide a high-level of care to patients. I'm excited by the prospect of working for a commendable, high-ranking establishment believe that my health care education, experience and certifications make me the ideal candidate for this role.

During my studies at the Nursing Assistant Program of the Training center, I completed a trainee program where I was responsible for the care of 15 elderly residents. My duties included helping with daily living and hygiene, and assisting with field trips and entertainment activities. I also prided myself on establishing rapport with both residents and their families in order to offer sensitive emotional support that enabled these vulnerable adults to live in comfort with dignity.

My experience at the hospital trainee program allowed me to develop the nursing knowledge and skills necessary to deliver basic care needs, including feeding, grooming, medication distribution, performing treatment plans, and providing emotional support. Where I lack experience in performing more complicated nursing tasks, I make up for in being driven to learn new skills and progress as a nursing assistant. I feel that my compassion to provide excellent patient-care and support, and desire to grow and learn as a nurse.
