My name is Phil Sheehan and I have been working as a Construction Site Superintendent for the
general contractor Knollmeyer Building Corp. for 30 years.
Leandro Cardoso has been working on my jobs for the last 8 years performing various types of
work that’s listed below. Leandro is very dependable and a great leader to the crew he works with and
experienced in many different aspects of construction.
Leandro has been the foreman of his crew installing different waterproofing systems. One
waterproofing system is the Sika waterproofing system that is made up of slope to drain concrete, then
primer, base coat, sheet reinforcement , second coat, then top coat with color. After the system was
complete, then installed grace hydroduct and installed pavers on pedestals on top. This system was
inspected by the Sika rep and was given a 20 year warranty.
Leandro also has experience installing Grace waterproofing systems that also consist of slop to
drain, Grace deck prep, grace sheet membrane, then a drainage layer with pavers or other over Burden
installed on top. This system was also inspected by the manufacturers rep and given a 20 year warranty.
Aside from waterproofing, Leandro has a lot of experience on several jobs in occupied buildings,
with work consisting of temp protection setup, demo, framing, finish carpentry, temp protection
breakdown and a final cleanup all in a days work then restart the process the next day.
