Dear Recruiting Manager,
I am writing to express my keen interest in the Nurse position within your esteemed organization. I am an internationally educated Nurse from Ghana with over six years of experience in various healthcare settings. Currently, I work at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital(www.kbth.gov.gh), the primary referral center in my home country. I was employed in April 2019 in the medical ward and with my hard work in August 2021 i was sent to medical intensive care unit where i had 4years experience in the intensive care unit and currently in the medical Dialysis unit taking care of renal patients.
This hands-on experience has equipped me with the skills to work directly with patients from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique care requirements. Consequently, I have honed my interpersonal and communication skills, allowing me to effectively engage with patients, their families, and the healthcare team. Additionally, I have developed a keen proficiency in maintaining precise patient records, adeptly prioritizing tasks, and efficiently managing time in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
In addition to my technical skills, I possess a compassionate nature and a genuine desire to improve the well-being of others. I deeply appreciate the significance of empathy, respect, and dignity in patient care, and I am dedicated to treating each patient with the utmost professionalism and compassion. I am also comfortable working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and can adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
Thank you for considering my application. I eagerly anticipate the possibility of an interview to explore how my skills and dedication can benefit your healthcare facility.
Yours sincerely,
Stephen Lintaah Kenetiah
