My name is sri windiyani ikram muale, and I am a Bachelor of Nursing graduate from Indonesia. I began my professional journey in healthcare while I was still a university student, working in a hospital. After graduating, I continued working in a hospital before gaining further experience at a community clinic for two years and a beauty clinic for one year.

I later joined a nickel mining company in Indonesia, where I worked as a nurse at the mining site. After gaining experience as a nurse, I transitioned into an office position and have been working in HR & GA for approximately four years.

Although I have gained valuable experience in HR & GA, nursing remains an important part of my professional background and something I am passionate about. I have strong skills in caring for elderly people and individuals with special needs. I am patient, attentive, compassionate, and responsible when providing care.

At this stage of my career, I would like to return to nursing and gain international work experience. I am eager to learn from a different healthcare environment, improve my professional skills, and contribute my experience and dedication to providing quality care.
