As an experienced person in IT professional with expertise in, communication, coordination, management, data entry and analysis and have previous engaged with other companies on management activities and I am prepared to exceed your expectations for the position.
In my current position as a data entry clerk, I create work plans for various technicians trained on collection of data using field book to manage all data tabulation from various farm sites and validate entries made by the technicians on the farm. My success in effectively coordinating the technicians , organization and planning in data collection entry and analysis has exponentially aid to creation of new maize seed varieties on time and tap into new markets thus quick return on sales.
From my previous employments, I have gained in-depth knowledge in data entry, analysis and decision making and determining the impact of said risks on the company. With a passion to work with the local communities, I have also worked with Action Aid in my village to educate people on importance of girl child education, farming and I also conducted a research on choosing the best Household to receive the chakula kwa Jamiii initiative from the government funding and I really loved the experience.
