I am writing to express my strong interest in joining your hospital as a Registered Nurse. I am a Kenyan nurse with a Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) from the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC). I am highly motivated to build my nursing career in Germany, where I can contribute to delivering high-quality patient care while continuing to grow professionally.
Throughout my nursing education and clinical placements, I gained practical experience in medical, surgical, pediatric, maternity, outpatient, and emergency departments. These rotations enabled me to develop strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, infection prevention and control, monitoring vital signs, health education, documentation, and providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I also learned the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and maintaining professionalism in fast-paced healthcare environments.
I am passionate about nursing because I enjoy caring for people, promoting health, and supporting patients throughout their recovery. I am dependable, adaptable, and committed to delivering safe and evidence-based care while respecting every patient’s dignity and cultural background.
