I am writing to express my interest in the receptionist position. With a background in hospitality and administrative support, combined with my passion for providing exceptional customer service, i am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team.

currently pursuing my degree at Mount Kenya University with an expected graduation date in August, I have gained valuable experience in customer-facing roles, notably as a waitress and receptionist at The Chat Room. These positions have honed my communication, organization and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth operation and positive guest experience.

Furthermore, my time as a persona assistant at a health consulting firm has equipped me with strong administrative abilities, including managing schedules, coordinating meeting and handling correspondence. This experience has instilled me the importance of attention to detail and confidentiality traits that I'm eager to bring abord once hired.

Beyond my professional experience, I am known for my creativity and artistic flair which i believe can add a unique touch to the role. As far as my language skills are. I have learned German up until the beginner level. I am a fast learned and I can catch up quite quickly as I thrive in dynamic environments, always eager to adapt and grow.
