My name is Leana Joyce Flores, a Business Administration graduate from the Philippines with over three years of experience in administrative work and client communication. Organization and reservations: I have managed calendars, scheduling, appointment bookings and travel coordination, which are the same skills needed for check-ins and reservations.
Technology: I work confidently with CRM systems, electronic records and online platforms.

My experience includes:

Administrative Assistant, Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center (04/2023 – present): I manage patient records and the hospital’s EMR referral system, coordinate referrals from other hospitals, document patient histories, and receive and direct all incoming and outgoing calls. Working in a hospital has taught me to stay calm and kind under pressure and to treat sensitive information with care.
Real Estate Virtual Assistant (06/2024 – 08/2025): I managed client emails, calendars and meetings, updated CRM records, handled support tickets promptly, and created content for social media and newsletters.
Purchasing Staff and Financial Management Intern: I tracked inventory and invoices, negotiated with suppliers, processed payroll and handled appointment bookings. These roles built my accuracy and attention to detail.
