Good day!
I am writing this letter to apply for the vacant I can be a barista/ food server/ waitress/ supervisor or any position at your company/ agency.
2 years I work as Part time - Full time BARISTA at (STARBUCKS COFFEE COMPANY) here in the Philippines personally connect and create a welcoming store environment and work together as team. Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the store greet a friendly genuine to the customers, take orders and create quality and standard beverage to all customers. Customer focus, provide a legendary services for all customers.
For 9 and 2 months years as SHIFT SUPERVISOR at (STARBUCKS COFFEE COMPANY). By helping manager in executing the store operation.Assisting to deploy and delegate tasks to partners so that partners can create and maintain the Starbucks experience for all customers. Handling and follow all cash management and cash register policies. My role is having a positive relationship with the team and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns. I end my career in the company this February 5, 2023 to work and apply abroad to pursue my career.
I experience working at different establishment of restaurants and hotel here in the Philippines that help me to grow and have knowledge and ideas in that position and I delegate as cashier, food server, waitress, handling event like birthday, wedding and others.
While waiting my time to call and accept my application work abroad I need to sustain our daily needs and sustain my mother and fathers medicines . Now I working at Sky and Shore Travel and Tours Agency here in the Philippines as a RESERVATION OFFICER I started on February 10, 2023 up to present working that help me and added to my career and work experience. Work in customer service and takes reservations for all customers. By assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options. I work typically at office at front desk in our company in a customer pacing. Booking travel, scheduling a package for solo or group tour.
