I have worked in business management roles for the past two years in various industries like agriculture, manufacturing and real estate. During that time I have become clear in communication, maximizing production, coaching, solving problems and delegating tasks to my colleagues.

In my current job, I was able to increase the sales along side with the team, by more than 50%. This led to a higher promotion in my role and I got to manage a bigger location and team. After more than six months in the real estate industry, I also managed to be the first employee to close on the highest real estate properties.
