I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Chemistry (Analytical Option) and have over three years of hands-on experience in fast-paced food manufacturing environments. My background includes working 12-hour interchanging shifts, conducting routine quality checks, receiving and inspecting raw materials, good hygiene practices, good laboratory practices, laboratory tests such as (moisture content, Acid Insoluble Ash, CIP titrations, Water analysis, Temperature Control and monitoring for machine efficiency and product quality and shelf life in cold rooms) and performing final product confirmation. I have also been actively involved in internal audits, particularly for pest control PRP (Prerequisite Program) and have served as an assistant in the R&D department. These experiences have instilled in me a deep passion for the food industry, quality assurance and production operations.
I am highly adaptable, open to training and ready to start immediately upon selection. If offered the position, I would require assistance with relocation to the factory site so that I can begin contributing without delay.
